My daughter and her fiancé wanted an intimate destination wedding and picked Grand Lake as the place. We have four other grown children (with spouses and some grandkids) that we wanted to include in the festivities, so we found Angel House. Holly was so gracious to show my husband and me the property and we knew it would be just the place. We held a small reception (I think there were 18 of us there) for the newlyweds. It was absolutely beautiful. The moon was "the super moon", the weather was beautiful and Angel House provided a warm and cozy place for us all to gather. I would highly recommend the Angel House. Our family-3 generations,ages 11-77 spent a wonderful week-end at this home: well-stocked and furnished, amazing deck overlooking the lake, two large living areas, access to the water- our family of 14 was comfortable, busy, and hoping to stay there again next year! September 2015 Dru M.

Three grade school girlfriends and husbands spent the week here and everyone commented on the great site--wonderful for catching up in a relaxed and relaxing setting with very well-stocked kitchen, several living areas to hide out or get together, lots of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Bird-watchers enjoyed the deck and lake view, and we all had a good walk to visit Har-Ber Village. The owner was helpful and in close contact during a brief rain-related power outage. We were very impressed. Lots of little touches that made us feel welcome and important. There are hand soap and germ-x at each sink, plenty of towels, TVs in every room, a plethora of games and movies, and beautiful scenery. There wasn't an appliance or utensil we couldn't find, the knives were sharp and the plates were clean. Of course, good company and good food helped make for a great time in a great house. - Paul F. We were very impressed! The location is perfect! My sister and I enjoyed the cove for our stand up paddle-boarding. A group of us went to nearby Har-Ber Village which was delightful. The beds are really comfortable and the baths have shampoo, conditioner, body soap and plenty of towels. TVs in every room, a plethora of games and movies, the basement game room was so fun! Foosball and pool were a big hit. There wasn't an appliance or utensil we couldn't find, the knives were sharp and the plates were clean. Spectacular views!
